Nutrition and Food Safety courses for all food industry sectors

WatermelonThere are also a number of professional qualifications available in Nutrition and Food Safety that are transferable to any sector of the food industry.  Verner Wheelock Associates (VWA) is a food industry training company with extensive experience of providing training and consultancy to food companies and to local authority caterers and schools.

VWA offers a wide range of courses at all levels certificated by the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH) and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).

The company ran a number of successful conferences on Healthy Eating in Schools during 2006 which enabled it to identify a need for further training within schools.  Whether you work in catering or are a teacher, parent or governor interested in improving your knowledge of current food issues, VWA has a course to suit you.
